The university offers this program in blended mode (distance/online + physical practical facilities) through specific Approved Support Centers. The Aero-Mechanical Engineering – concentration is designed as your passport to certify aircraft’s airworthiness as the undergraduate incorporates the European Aviation Safety Agency* (EASA) syllabus. Admission Requirements: Students who have successfully completed all the EASA Part 66 Category B1.1 modules with certification and/or pass the license examinations aim to pursue a B.Sc. in Engineering with a major in Aero-Mechanical Engineering. EASA Part 66 Category B1.1 Modules: M1 Mathematics M2 Physics M3 Electrical Fundamentals M4 Electronic Fundamentals M5 Digital Techniques Electronic Instrument Systems M6 Materials and Hardware M7 Maintenance Practices M8 Basic Aerodynamics M9 Human Factors M10 Aviation Legislation M11 Turbine Aero plane and Aerodynamics, Structure and System M15 Gas Turbine Engine M17 Propeller Exemption for EASA Part 66 B1.1 Certificate Holders: High School or A-Level Completed Students: Students who are admitted to the EASA Part 66 Category B1.1 after high school or A-Level will get 60 credits (Core Credits 45 + GE Credits 15) exemption and need to complete 60 credits with the university to achieve the degree. Undergraduate Degree Completed Students: Students who are admitted to the EASA Part 66 Category B1.1 after completing an undergraduate (UG) degree will get 90 credits (Core Credits 45 + GE Credits 15+ 30 UG Credits) exemption and need to complete 30 credits with the university to achieve the degree.
